We offer a free initial consultation in the privacy and comfort of your own home. This will enable us to establish the level and detail of the services you require and your expectations for the event, including budgets.

A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF OUR SERVICES AND FEES WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER OUR INITIAL CONSULTATION. FULL EVENT AND WEDDING PLANNING, DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, ASPECTS SUCH AS:

• event design and styling
• venue sourcing and booking
• development of seating and table plans
• sourcing of suitable accommodation and travel arrangements
• assistance with the selection of wedding and other formal attire
• selection, liaison and management of all service providers, e.g. florists, stationers, caterers, gown designers, musicians, officiate coordination and make-up artists
• on-the-day coordination
• preparation of a timeline, bi-weekly reports and a post wedding wrap-up report
• expected hours, rates and expenses for the planning of the event

Complete wedding and event coordination, design, styling and management services, will usually be based on a percentage of the event budget and will be subject to a minimum fee.

This complete and detailed service may not be required by all clients and in addition to this we are able to provide bespoke proposals and quotations for the following wedding and event planning services, these would typically be based on either hourly rates or an agreed fixed fee.

• Venue and supplier sourcing only
• Wedding design only - We will work with you to develop a bespoke and personalised concept to suit your own style. You will be able to use this as a planning tool to source all of your wedding suppliers, venues and decorations.
• Last minute and on the day management - suitable for clients who want to plan their own wedding or civil partnership but need the help of a professional event coordinator to assistance with last minute planning and advice in the run up to the event, as well as on the day management.
